Island Lab · Pollica · Year-by-Year Outlook, Version 0.1
Ten years, from reacting to preventing.
The three maps drawn forward. Each panel is one measure across year 1 to 10, sharing a single timeline. The spine is the shift in posture: early years spend on reacting to damage, enforcement and monitoring, on grant money; later years spend on preventing and restoring, paid for increasingly by demand the town built. Hover any panel for the year's numbers.
Illustrative numbers, sourced relationships
The year-by-year values are illustrative, built to show the arc and the couplings, and calibrated once Pollica visitor-nights and a costed local pilot land. The relationships and anchors are real and cited in projects/pollica-economics.md: willingness to pay near 10 euro per household per year, the Balearic tourism-tax funding model, EU LIFE seagrass costs, and blue carbon held as a distant maybe because no seagrass credit has sold anywhere yet.
