Island Lab  ·  Pollica  ·  Demand Funnel, Version 0.1

Supply is a stock. Demand is a funnel.

You count supply: hectares, fishers, moorings, jobs. Demand does not sit still, it flows through stages, from the many who merely hear of the meadow down to the few who will actually pay to protect it. This is that funnel. The programs at the top buy reach; the durable programs deepen conversion; the base of real action sets the legitimacy that decides how far reach travels. It ends where an economist wants it to: a willingness to pay, in euros, that the funding engine can draw on.

The euro anchor is a placeholder Willingness to pay is set at a placeholder of €18 per person per year. The real figure comes from published Posidonia and Mediterranean-seagrass valuation studies (contingent-valuation and choice-experiment work), which the research pass is pulling now. Swapping it is a one-line change. Read the shape of the funnel and how it responds, not the exact euros yet.
