Synthetic stand-in (Claude). The twins run on synthetic forcing and the uncertainty surface is deterministic, not measured. It exists to prove the handoff: this is the per-cell uncertainty Augur ranks. It becomes real when the feeds and a sensor land (models/posidonia/UNCERTAINTY_SPEC.md).
