Define the project

Fix a place and the people around it. The output is projects/<id>.json, the registry every other app reads.

Find a place (geocode)

Uses Open-Meteo geocoding (free, no key). Fills lat/lng and proposes a bounding box. You can also type coordinates directly below.

"Save to session" stores the project in your browser so the next apps can read it immediately (no commit needed). "Download file" gives you the JSON to drop into projects/ when you want to persist it.
