No server writes here, the registry lives in files. To make a new project real: 1. Download <id>.json into projects/. 2. Paste the registry entry into platform/astraeus-pm.json → projects[]. 3. Commit. The inputs/outputs are carried from the template, with placeholders to repoint per the contract in docs/SYSTEM_IO.md.
