Eighteen applications turn "we care about this coast" into a calibrated local digital twin and the decisions drawn from it. Each app is a product, independent of any project: pick the place, scan what is known, map it, profile the risk, bring the data and the sensors and the models in, build the twin, act. Green is shipped; blue is a working MVP you can walk end to end; grey is scoped or experimental, registered but not a committed product.
